RED Business Level is a set of offices from 34 m² in the RED residential complex at 30–32 Angisa Street in Batumi, 490 meters from the sea. Units are delivered with completed engineering: renovation, ventilation, fire safety system, air conditioning wiring and video surveillance. The developer is AB Development, operating in Batumi since 2020.

The RED complex has 1,012 apartments and pedestrian traffic of around 7,000 people per day. A tenant renting an office here gets a flow of clients inside the building itself. A conventional business center has no such traffic: people come there on business and leave.

Finding tenants is handled by the management company, not the owner. Demand comes from residents of the complex and the surrounding area: medical practices, salons, studios and service businesses. Terms are set out in the contract with the management company.

Office leases do not depend on the tourist season, unlike short-term residential rentals. Contracts with tenants are signed for 1–3 years, which stabilizes income. That said, any real estate investment carries market risk.
